Rasmussen polled Massachusetts (500 LV ±4.5% MoE, 2/29)
The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Brown picking up 49% of the vote to Warren’s 44%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate in the race, while five percent (5%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
The survey of 500 Likely Voters in Massachusetts was conducted on February 29, 2012 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.A single day in the field, only 500 in the sample, and the MoE is roughly equal to the lead -- in other words, a poll with only marginal value. Considering how "noisy" Rasmussen's polling has been lately, and how far his results have been from other pollsters' work, this is only useful to humiliate old Scotty after the election.
