This doesn't count

Per recent news reports about how the casualties are counted. The bombing in Karbala today doesn't count as "violence". If this counted as violence, the "terrorists'" would win a "big victory".
I guess it's becoming clearer that, in Bush's mind, the "surge" hasn't actually started yet. However, Bush is taking credit for "progress" made by the "surge". Neocons are claiming that the "surge " is working. Bush has publically asked for time for the "surge" to work before giving up. If it hasn't started yet, then why not?


Regardless of whether or not these people were killed by "sectarian forces" or not, this type of thing does more to dispel confidence in the sham "government" than anything the "sectarian forces" could do.
